RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Acele Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward return and refund policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (including perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • In original packaging when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at aceleclothing@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Package items securely in original packaging when possible
  5. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
  • Acele Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective items or our error

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at [your email]
  • Include photos of the defective/damaged item
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

LATE RETURNS

Returns received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for return under the same conditions, but refunds will be for the amount actually paid.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend contacting us before returning international orders to discuss the best return method.
