Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Pre-Order Drops
Some of our collections are released as pre-order drops, meaning the product is not immediately in stock and will ship at a later date.
Important Notes on Pre-Orders:

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items typically ship 2–4 weeks after the drop date, depending on production and demand.

If your order includes both pre-order and pre-made items, the pre-made items will ship first, then the pre-order items.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our email list to stay updated.
Missing or Lost Packages
